Schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend, and Holiday shifts as needed

Position Overview

\n

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge to provide exceptional service and support to residents, guests, visitors, and tenants in a premier residential or commercial property in McLean, VA. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact and is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while delivering outstanding customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
\n
• Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests.
\n
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
\n
• Coordinate visitor access and maintain guest registration logs.
\n
• Receive, track, and distribute packages, deliveries, and mail.
\n
• Assist residents and guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and special requests.
\n
• Monitor building access and report security concerns or unusual activity.
\n
• Coordinate with property management, maintenance teams, and vendors to address resident or guest needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate records, service requests, and incident reports.
\n
• Ensure the lobby and common areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
\n
• Previous experience in concierge services, hospitality, customer service, front desk operations, reception, or administrative support preferred.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
\n
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
\n
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Experience

• Luxury residential, hotel, corporate office, or country club experience.

• Experience with visitor management and package tracking systems.
\n
• Customer service or hospitality experience working with high-profile clients, residents, or executives.
