• Shell scripting : used for setup, running tests and automating tasks

• Jenkins: CI/CD tool that runs tests automatically in the release pipeline

• Git / Bitbucket: version control and code repository

• Must Haves About 5 years of experience in Mobile QA or Mobile QA Engineering

• Has personally built, run, debugged and maintained Appium test automation in Java on a real project
\n
• Has automated tests on iOS and Android
\n
• Can clearly explain their own hands-on work, not just what their team did
\n

What "Hands-on Appium" Means

This role is mainly about writing and maintaining automated tests with Appium. A strong candidate can explain:

• How their framework was set up and what test cases they automated
\n
• How their tests ran in a CI/CD pipeline (for example Jenkins)
\n
• How they fixed failing or flaky tests
\n
• How they set up and ran tests on Android emulators, iOS simulators or real devices
\n
• Strongest proof : a GitHub repository or portfolio showing their Appium work
\n
