Job Description

Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT
• 5 years of experience in software testing
• 3 years of experience in release management
• Bachelors degree
• Experience in software testing and release management

• Establish and enforce entrance and exit criteria for System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Load and Performance (L&P), and Dry Runs
• Evaluate release health and give program leaders data-driven Go/No-Go recommendations
• Coordinate release schedules, testing scope, environment readiness, and dependencies across product teams
• Lead daily triage meetings, monitor critical defects, and resolve test data and environment blockers
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and process inefficiencies to reduce testing cycle times
• Apply workflow automation and AI-driven capabilities, including smart test scoping and automated status reporting, to improve the release lifecycle
• Track and report release metrics such as execution velocity, defect aging, pass/fail trends, and risk profiles
• Create dashboards that inform stakeholders about progress, risks, and mitigations
